Your PM is your go-to guy for information about your project, providing you with a detailed schedule with milestones as a roadmap. Working closely with the engineers in the design phase, the PM ensures that all of the design elements are kept in focus. After work orders are released to the shop, the PM maintains contact with the shop manager to make certain that lead times are held. As fabrication continues, installation schedules, cut-ins and other client requirements are further refined.
