Wynright robotics has developed many automation systems for a variety of applications in a number of industries. Our extensive experience has enabled us to continuously develop new applications. Custom automation systems usually come in two broad classes; dedicated automation and flexible automation.
Dedicated automation systems are tooled to a specific product and typically yield high production throughput. Many dedicated systems are built around an indexing table. Flexible systems are usually developed around an industrial robot and have the flexibility to process a broader range of products.
Dedicated applications Wynright Robotics has developed include:
- Inkjet Marking of Electronic Components
- Soldering of Consumer Product
- Magnet Manufacturing
- Assembly of Electronic Component
Flexible custom systems have been developed around Adept SCARA robots and Staubli-Unimation articulated arm robots. Applications include:
- Routing and Drilling of Sign Components
- Dispensing of UV Curable Sealant
- Inspection and Material Handling of Glassware
- Fiber Optic Component Assembly
- Adhesive Dispensing and Assembly of Metal Lavatories
Wynright Robotics provides all aspects of the project implementation including initial concepts, design, fabrication, programming, testing, installation, and training. If required, we can develop a complete start-up package including modifications to your existing facility, and training programs for operators, maintenance personnel, and management.
Statistical data collection for use in controlling manufacturing processes and managing operations is also available.
