Wynright Robotics has developed a line of standard automation products for a variety of applications for electronics and electro-mechanical assembly. This line of products is called the Flexible Workcell Series. These workcells provide a foundation for customer applications, but are routinely adapted to specific customer needs.
The Flexible Workcell Series is a line of automation modules that have as a base, a Cartesian manipulator, system controls, and safety systems. On that base a number of manufacturing processes are integrated to form the individual products in the series. The processes integrated include:
- Hydrogen Microflame Soldering
- Screwdriving and Fastening
- Dispensing
- Odd Form Component Placement
- Final Assembly
In addition to the manufacturing processes, the workcell series accommodate a variety of material handling options. These options include:
- Edge Belt PCB Conveyor
- Pallet Conveyor
- Rotary Table for Manual Load
- Shuttle System for Manual Load
These workcells can be operated as stand-alone systems or be combined into a complete assembly line.
