Pusher Sorter

For medium sort rate applications, Wynright offers a pusher sorter that diverts the product from the sort conveyor onto a powered or non-powered 90-degree or parallel take-away conveyor. For parallel take-away applications, this diverter will change the orientation of the product by 90 degrees.

Features:

• Sorts up to 40 cartons per minute on a sortation belt conveyor or live roller conveyor running up to 250 ft/min.
• Sliding surfaces of the pusher are constructed of ultra high molecular weight plastic — no lubrication required
• Three independent limit switches monitor stroke of arm, helping to ensure safe operation
• Divert arm changes the orientation of the product by 90 degrees through the divert when diverting to a parallel take-away conveyor
• Ideal for use in areas where linear space is limited
• Designed for use with Wynright’s standard belt conveyor fitted with slip top belting or any of Wynright’s live roller conveyors
