Conveyor Controls

The Autoexec Suite®, by Wynright Control Solutions, includes a comprehensive module for turnkey conveyor controls. This module is an innovative blend of PLC and PC solutions which together provide a highly reliable, configurable and visible system for our customers.

Real-time motor control is accomplished through use of an extensive catalog of modular PLC software. This highly reliable PLC software, combined with field proven technology, enables our electrical engineers to control complex conveyor, induction and sortation systems. We utilize a proprietary PLC to PC interface to enable seamless interaction between the low-level PLC driven device control and high-level PC based supervisory control. The PC based offering provides an enhanced multi-lingual user interface through a familiar Windows environment as well as easy to view statistics and graphics.

This approach is both scalable and configurable, enabling our teams to design a system tailored to your needs. Working together, these two platforms provide a turnkey conveyor control solution for the material handling industry.
