John Dillon - President
John Dillon, former Director of Engineering for Automotion System Group, has been a leader within both the Wynright organization and the material handling industry for over fifteen years. His strong background in project management and engineering has empowered his team to stay true to their goal of excellence in products, service and support. John is excited to be working with a team of such brilliant and creative individuals. John has a BS in Aeronautical and Astronomical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jeff Holmes - Vice President Software and Systems Design

Over the past decade, Jeffrey has managed and participated in all phases of the software development lifecycle. While his initial focus was on Order Fulfillment technologies, he established himself as a key contributor to the R&D effort that resulted in Wynright Control Solutions’ core data management, sortation control, and HMI software offerings. Jeffrey graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He continued his studies at the University of Florida where he completed a dual degree program that earned him a Master of Engineering Degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA.
Rodger Sinen - Principal Electrical Engineer

For over twenty-five years, Rodger has conceptualized, designed, and implemented control solutions for the material handling industry. A diverse management background which includes project management of large-scale systems and development of leading edge technologies has given Rodger a unique perspective into utilization of technology across our industry. His technical leadership has empowered our team to deliver cost effective and state-of-the-art designs which exceed our customer’s expectations. Rodger holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Western Michigan University in Electrical Engineering.
Nicholas Pianetto - Vice President Software Engineering

In 2001 Nicholas started his IT career as an ERP systems engineer while living in Japan. Since that time Nicholas has accumulated international software development experience as a system engineer, business analyst, consultant and project manager. He holds an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business Chicago as well as a degree in Computer Science and Statistical Software from DePaul University. Professional certifications include Six Sigma, Oracle 10g OCA and PMP (Project Management Professional).
