Project Management
Having the right equipment, maximizing the design, and utilizing the world’s greatest
installation team are meaningless if those disparate elements don’t work in concert.
This is where the Wynright project manager comes into play. Your project’s project
manager is the hub of the Wynright implementation wheel. The project manager becomes
your go to guy whenever you need information about your project. Your project manager
is the “conductor” to the many, many instruments in the orchestra of your project.
In the beginning, your PM authors a detailed project schedule with major and minor
milestones as a guidepost to the project. He then remains alongside the engineers
in the design phase insuring all of the design elements are kept in focus. After
the orders are in the shop, the PM keeps in communication with the shop manager
to make certain that lead times are held. While fabrication continues, installation
schedules, cut-ins, and other customer requirements are further refined.
Your project manager becomes your greatest resource during the installation phase
of your project. While all of these seemingly disparate elements hurtle forward,
the project manager is there in the midst of it coordinating every element. All
the while he ensures milestones are met, your questions are addressed, and the project
stays on track. Wynright’s staff of full-time project managers make all of the difference
in the world.
